One of the most important things to me is community. Having been born and raised in Fergus, I have a strong connection with and love for this town and value the sense of community we enjoy here in Centre Wellington. This is the community I hope to raise my own family in, one day.

Through exploring neighbourhoods as a kid on my bike, working teenage jobs for local small businesses, or more recently, through my years with a local telecom provider designing fibre optic infrastructure – it’s safe to say I know Fergus, Elora, and the surrounding towns in Centre Wellington like the back of my hand.

My passion for real estate was ignited several years ago when I began the process of purchasing my first home in Fergus. From that first search and purchase, my interest and excitement in Centre Wellington’s real estate market has only grown and has now led me to own investment rental properties. I believe this first-hand experience offers me a unique perspective; I know that buying and selling is not always a simple “transaction”.
